Job Title: Sales Closer

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Closer to join our team. The Sales Closer will play a crucial role in managing our sales pipeline, converting leads into customers, and handling all aspects of the sales process. This role involves communication across multiple platforms, including email, phone, and social media, and requires the ability to handle payments, schedule meetings, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach:
  • Make cold and warm calls to new and existing leads.
  • Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and propose solutions.
  • Follow up with leads generated from ads, social media, and other campaigns.
  • Sales Conversion:
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of information to the project team once a sale is closed.
  • Communication Management:
  • Respond promptly to emails, messages, and inquiries from leads and clients.
  • Manage social media inquiries and engage with potential clients via direct messages.
  • Schedule and manage sales calls and follow-up appointments using calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Payment Handling:
  • Process payments through Stripe and ensure all payment details are securely handled.
  • Set up subscription and one-time payments for clients and manage any billing queries.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Handle post-sale communication to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain records of interactions with prospects and customers.
  • Update CRM software with sales activities, lead status, and deal progress.
  • Report sales activity and results to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as a closer.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Stripe payment processing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including emails, social media, and calls.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to build relationships with clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the web development and phone system industries.
  • Prior experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate with confidence.
